These terms govern your purchase and use of Hooked From Zero™ and any other product sold by My First Crochet at myfirstcrochet.space. By buying or accessing our materials, you agree to them.

What you're buying
Hooked From Zero™ is an online educational course teaching crochet to beginners. It consists of video lessons, written patterns and printable guides, delivered through an online members area. It is not a physical product — nothing is shipped to you.
Access
You receive lifetime access to the course you purchased, including updates we make to it. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the course. If we ever discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to download your materials.
Access is personal and granted to one person. Please don't share your login, and don't give the materials to people who haven't purchased them.
What you may and may not do
- You may make items from our patterns for yourself, as gifts, and to sell in small quantities as an individual maker.
- You may not redistribute, resell, republish or share the course videos, patterns or printables, in whole or in part.
- You may not use our materials to teach a paid class or create a competing course.
- You may not upload our content to any file-sharing service or AI training dataset.
All course materials remain the intellectual property of My First Crochet. Hooked From Zero™ and The First Loop Method™ are our trademarks.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise to teach the techniques clearly and to keep the course available to you. We can't promise a specific result, because learning a handcraft depends on how much you practice. Some people finish all five projects in three weeks; others take three months. Both are normal.
We make no income claims. This course teaches a craft, not a business.
Safety
Crochet involves sharp tools and repetitive hand movements. Take breaks, keep hooks and small parts away from young children and pets, and stop if you feel pain. Stuffed items made from our amigurumi patterns are decorative and are not certified as toys for children under three.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email to purchasers.
